How do I book a tour?Booking

Book directly on our site by selecting your preferred date and time on the tour calendar in the booking flow. You will receive an instant confirmation by email once payment is completed.

If you prefer phone booking, call +1 (647) 392-1174 and our team will assist you.

Can I change my date after booking?Booking

Yes. You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the tour start time, subject to availability. Inside 24 hours, a small change fee may apply.

Reschedule via your confirmation email or contact support with your order number.

What if it rains or snows?Weather

Tours run in light rain or snow. We recommend dressing in layers and wearing waterproof footwear. In severe weather (extreme cold warnings, lightning, high winds), we may delay, reroute, or cancel for safety, with full refunds or free rescheduling offered.

Is the tour wheelchair and stroller accessible?Accessibility

Most routes are curb-cut friendly and primarily on paved surfaces. Some heritage alleys may have cobblestones. Let us know in advance and we will adjust the path to ensure comfortable access.

We also provide accessible meeting points where possible.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?Cancellations

Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us are fully refundable or can be rescheduled.

How strenuous are the walks?Difficulty

Our standard tours are easy pace with frequent stops, covering 2–4 km over 2 hours. Family-friendly routes are available. Please check the tour description for distance and any stair sections.

What payment methods do you accept?Payments

We accept major credit cards and debit (Visa, Mastercard), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. For private groups, an invoice link is available on request.

How big are the groups?Groups

Public tours average 8–14 guests to keep things personal. Private tours can be tailored from 2 to 40 participants with an additional guide for larger groups.

What languages are available?Languages

Guided tours are offered in English daily. French and Spanish guides are available on selected days or by private booking with advance notice.

Where is the meeting point and what if I’m late?Meeting point

The exact meeting spot and guide contact are included in your confirmation email with a map pin. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. If you’re late, call +1 (416) 583-9042 and we’ll help you catch up where possible.

What should I bring?Preparation

Comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and water. In summer, bring sunscreen and a hat; in winter, warm gloves and traction-friendly footwear.

Is it safe?Safety

Your safety is our priority. Guides are trained in first aid and route awareness. We follow current public safety guidelines, avoid active construction, and choose well‑lit, busy streets.

If you need assistance during a tour, notify your guide immediately.

It’s sold out. Do you have a waitlist?Availability

Yes, add yourself to the waitlist via your preferred date. We’ll notify you automatically if spots open up. For last‑minute private options, contact us.

Can I bring kids?Family

Absolutely. Children are welcome and strollers fit most routes. Please check the tour description for any narrow passages; we can suggest the best family‑friendly option.

Are pets allowed?Pets

Service animals are always welcome. Friendly dogs on a short leash are typically fine on outdoor routes; please verify specific tour notes.
